The National Ski Patrol is the largest winter first aid organization in the United States and has trained many state, county & local law enforcement, fire and forestry personnel. It has available to these agencies the following programs:
- Avalanche Rescue
- OEC (Outdoor Emergency Care) formally known as Winter Emergency Care
